As far as the National Rail website is concerned, London St Pancras now
has three names.

Shouldn't there be a fourth name, for the Kent domestic platforms over
at the east side - the ones that are to be served by the Hitachi
"Javelin" 140 mph multiple units of South East Trains?

But FCC are advertising that their trains willl call at St Pancras
International instead of KXT, see
http://www.firstcapitalconnect.co.uk/Main.php?iCmsPageId=77.

I hope we will not end up with endless announcements citing London St
Pancras International Low Level!.

I also hope they don't allow the FCC 'banner advertising' shown in the
artists impressions linked above... I don't think there is anything like
that at other main London terminii is there?

FCC won't be serving a main London terminus though. They'll be serving an
underground station near one. Just as they are currently with KX Thameslink.

I take it you haven't been there yet then - that artists impression is of
the area next to the domestic ticket office, one of the main circulation
areas ...

Indeed I haven't been there yet, nor realised the location pictured in the
drawing. I was under (the mistaken) impression that the stations were not as
close as that; the FCC station being well away from Euston Road. When
everything is up and running I'll have to pop over from KX and take a look.

The area pictured is indeed "well away from Euston Rd". It's underneath
the start of the modern extension shed.

Gatwick Express at Victoria has a similar setup on the entrance to its
dedicated platforms, plus a dedicated branded section of the
departures board.
